What happens if I get a bill from Gascentral with a negative balance? You must call us to make additional payment arrangements. Gascentral will not accept any negative balance bill when we are unable to make additional payments or credit your account. Your account will be credited on a first-come, first-served basis. If after contacting Gascentral, Gascentral is unable to make additional payments within five business days, Gascentral will send you a bill of $80, plus up to $80 per day of utility usage. Please check your account daily to take advantage of this offer and the low interest rate this offer offers.

What happens to a check you gave to Gascentral to pay my utility bill? You can keep the check. If your utility company is unable to pay the gas bill, Gascentral will forward the bill to your utility company.

What happens if my utility company pays Gascentral the $80 you gave them? You will now have to pay the remaining balance of your utility bill. The remaining balance will be deducted from your refund check (this is the number you will get after calling Gascentral).
