Yes you can, but the most important thing is that you get the fafsa money. If you use it to buy a PC instead, I am not sure your card will work in it, the drivers are not compatible with it. Sorry for confusing you, I really hope this help you a little bit.
Edit: Well, I just got the email with the tracking number from frederik@freesats.eu. What does a parcel company do? I don’t want it to go to waste, and if I can get it back to you in the mail, that would be cool!

I have not tested this card yet. I will however be using it in a “reference” board. I should then see the results after about 2 months from the initial purchase to make a proper assessment.
