In fact, the rapper recently released his first book, titled The Story of Iggy Azalea and Waka Flocka Flame. But the money he made from this one is no small feat. In 2013, the rapper made $9,900,000. In 2014, with $30 million, he has made over $55 million. Waka Flocka Flame’s talent is clear for all to see.

#19. Tyga

Tyga came up in the Miami Vice era, and is the most successful member of Biggie’s crew. As a member of the crew, Tyga got a hit with “Tupac Is Dead” featuring the Wu-Tang Clan. It is now widely accepted among fans of the gangsta rap movement that none of the members made a dime from the song, although some speculated that they paid someone $10 million. Tyga’s hit single also helped him make the album that landed him his spot on the cover of XXL Magazine.

After a successful debut as a soloist with the song “I Get Around,” Jay Z helped Rick Ross jump from being the highest-paid artist on his own record label to one of the highest-paid rappers. He hit over $18 million from his song “Love On The Rise” in 2013. In 2014, he hit over $27.5 million with two other hits, “FourFiveSeconds,” featuring Drake and Rihanna, and “No Lie,” featuring Wiz Khalifa
