A new study suggests that most people have high degrees of self-confidence when discussing their weight. That means not only do they think they look good and that they can look good, but they do feel good about their weight, too. The study says that the majority of the people surveyed do not think about their size when trying on clothing, shopping or even talking about weight, even on social media.
Self-esteem is a complex topic. But what is clear is that many people can’t help but be overweight or gain weight as their bodies mature, and the majority also think they look good.
