I have no idea… I don’t know about you, but for me it really isn’t any different from an electric guitar. It does a great job of making playing the chords and the melody really easy for me. I wouldn’t worry! My fingers are fine too! I haven’t tried the Fiddle, for the moment; it seems too complicated, at least for me. I am really looking forward to learning some more. 🙂

After last week’s update to Windows Phone 8.1, Microsoft has added a few new capabilities to the operating system, including support for video calls and a new Live Tile app. As I was trying to test the Live Tile support in the beta test the first week of this month, I was pleasantly surprised to find that this tile is now live across the OS.

First off, the Live Tile works in two modes. In a split view, you can select one of the tiles on the screen, set it to active, and then just hold the Home or End button down to activate the tile itself. You can also choose to hide your tiles by double-clicking on the tiles’ names, though I prefer the ability to set the tiles directly via the tile itself.

Of course, there’s a little more to getting this up and running than just choosing, and the best way to see if your Live Tile is working is to open the Action Center (or just go to Settings -> Notifications). If you check the ‘Activate Tile’ option in the upper left corner, then your live tile should automatically open. If you double-click on the tile, you’ll get a more detailed
