How do ventriloquists throw their voice? – Maher Ventriloquist Course

First, you must be able to sustain it while falling back or while you are rolling.

If you can’t sustain it, then it’s best to make a sudden transition. That way, you are as loud as you can possibly be. Also, make sure your opponent is on edge of the stage to make a sound.

Then, your voice should be loud enough to be heard from a few feet away. If your voice goes out too quickly or goes on too long, it doesn’t sound very real. Make sure that whatever voice is being used does not cut out before it comes back in.

The best way to do this is to make a mental list of all the cues that you normally use. Start off with all the ones listed above. Then, take a different cue each time you are doing it. If you are doing a deep voice, make it last longer, and if your opponent is on the edge you can still make it longer if you aren’t close enough (like when you are throwing your leg).

Once you have a few cues down, start moving on to the next one. As you go on, start throwing more cues. This is to build up confidence, so that when you really need to throw, it won’t sound like garbage.

Also, you should try to throw your voice at a rhythm, because a rhythm means that your voice is more natural than if you make it random. It’s easy to try to mix and match different voices, so you have to try to stick with the same one in any given situation.

There are dozens of different cues to use, and each one should have a different meaning depending on its rhythm. However, you want to use a cue that is the same as your normal voice for all of the movements and sounds. It will make your timing smoother, and it will also give your opponent enough time to respond, allowing it to come out faster.

Next up are all the different things you can do after your voice is out. This is where you can also start doing things like turning the other hand into a sword, or getting your arm out of your body to do a sword swing, for instance.

There are lots of different things to learn here, and it pays off to be patient. Try to stick to one of the different things and practice it until you get to a good version. If you get good at most of them, your voice will make more sound every time, and you will
