Is it cheaper to build your own furniture? – How To Start A Home Woodworking Business Youtube Page

The answer to that question depends on the building material/toy in question. Some cheaper toys like these have a very good price tag and are a good investment. Others, and my personal favorite, require a little more work. They can be quite difficult to repair, so if you buy one to use, be prepared to spend a little more time. The one in the picture on the right is one of those cheap toys that requires a lot of drilling and hammering to take apart (it’s in a picture that was taken without a picture light on my camera). You’ll want to know how to use a drill and a drill press to take these bits apart for parts, as there are a couple of minor screws and bolts that need to be removed from the outside of the toy. As far as I know, this sort of toy is also not a part of the F.E.A.R series, so this is just a plastic toy that requires a lot more work to put together. I’m hoping to do an article on how I actually assembled these toys that includes the pictures so you can see exactly what I did, but I haven’t found time for that for another few months.

Where can I find these models?

A lot of these pieces are available online. There are several sites selling a bunch of these. For a more complete list, check out the links at the beginning of this article. If you’re looking for the most specific or complete piece of a model, check out the F.E.A.R. 1K3A, a kit that contains all 6 figures and pieces from the 1K series.

These two sites offer a ton of other models that aren’t available on F.E.A.R. products. Here are a few of my favorites.
